How We Choose Products
Products featured on MamaKind are selected based on their relevance to our audience — women who are trying to conceive, pregnant, or breastfeeding. We review products for safety using publicly available health guidelines and research, including Health Canada guidelines, Canadian Natural Product Numbers (NPNs) where applicable, and evidence from sources such as LactMed (NIH) and MotherToBaby.
